"Inchydoney Spa was a few years ago probably one of the best in the country, unfortunately I felt they have not moved with the times. I really think it needs a freshen-up both in the spa & pool. The pool is old fashioned, the blue tiles are not a good look anymore unless it's a public swimming pool in a town, I did not expect a 5 star to have them. Even though my therapist was friendly she just did not set the relaxation tone you would expect when you receive one of these treatments, she made up the scrub she was using in the room with what seemed to be a kitchen whisk & bowl like she was making a cake. The spa reception is full of such lovely products to purchase though I do feel management need to travel to other spa's to see the standard out there now. "
