Your treatment begins with a deep massage using heat and a ritual stick to target tension spots and alleviate stress in the back. This is followed by a facial to suit your skin type and massage movements targeting stress pressure points in the face.

"Have been here twice & it is amazing! Had a back, neck & shoulder massage & a full body scrub. The setting is fab & there is no noise etc. the staff are amazing & really set the tone of the place"
"Went for treatment and lunch with a friend and had fab time. Started with an hour in the infinity pool looking out at the beautiful grounds, followed by a head neck and shoulder massage that was sublime! Another hour spent in relaxation room, drinking tea and eating fruit and yummy granola bar followed by a wee nap before lunch. Don't know name of products used but spent longer in powerful shower than usual to use them! Lunch in golf club,sitting out on the decking in the sun! Last but not least we took a walk around the grounds which is relaxing in itself. Many thanks for a great day. Best value for money ever!"
