"I had a "friends forever" voucher which included 1 hour treatment and lunch for 2. Very friendly attentive staff., complimentary cup of coffee while waiting for appointment as we were a little early. Decided to have back, neck & shoulder massage and facial. Warm, clean and comfortable treatment room though the en suite bathroom was a little cool. Enjoyed the massage and particularly the facial which included gentle massage to face, neck and head. My only disappointment was there is no relaxation room to go to after the treatment....dressed, glasses of water and done! However, lovely lunch in the bar afterwards. I think if I was staying in the hotel I would definitely book a treatment as I could pop back to bed for siesta afterwards! Overall good experience."
