7 Signs That You Are Gluten Intolerant

Suffering from a gluten intolerance is an extremely common problem, but due to the wide range of side effects that come from not being able to digest gluten, many people put their symptoms down to something else.

1. Digestive problems such as gas, bloating, diarrhoea, cramping and even constipation.

3. Feeling tired and weak after eating a meal that contains gluten.
4. Diagnosis of an autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Ulcerative colitis, Lupus, Psoriasis, Scleroderma or Multiple sclerosis.
5. Neurologic symptoms such as dizziness or having difficulty balancing. Other indicators might be bad headaches and migraines, particularly after consuming gluten.
6. Inflammation, swelling or pain in your joints such as fingers, knees or hips.
7. Suffering from anxiety, depression, mood swings and being very irritable.
