Coastal Calm Wellness Retreat at The Spa at Dunluce Lodge

The Spa at Dunluce Lodge in Co. Antrim, will be hosting a Coastal Calm Wellness Retreat, from 5th – 7th of September 2025.

This is the first in a series of immersive wellness retreats hosted by The Spa at Dunluce Lodge which is designed to guide you gently back to yourself through nature, stillness, movement, and ritual. 

This initial chapter is in collaboration with Seabody, so guests can enjoy activations using products created with powerful marine bio actives harvested on the Atlantic coast.

Over the 3 days you’ll experience luxurious accommodation, delicious catering, mindful walks, yoga, wild swimming, Hot Box Sauna sessions, and more.

Day 1

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a welcoming refreshment before embarking on a mindful walk to White Rocks Beach for an opening ceremony and soulful journaling. In the evening, they’ll be invited for a nourishing 3-course meal in the Private Dining Room, followed by candle-lit sound baths in sea caves (weather permitting). To complete the day, each guest will check into their own luxurious suite.

Day 2

The morning will begin with a sunrise yoga as the first light spills over the coats. Gentle, energising movements connect body and breath, preparing you for the day ahead. Afterwards, participants will be guided through a wild sea swimming experience, followed by a lovely brunch in The Stookan.

After brunch, guests will enjoy contrast therapy in the Hot Box Sauna and Plunge Pool. A nourishing three-course dinner will follow, leading into an evening sound bath in the sea caves at White Rocks Beach (weather permitting). Guests will then return for another restful night in their luxurious suite.

Day 3

No better way to end your restorative weekend than with a sunrise yoga session, breakfast and a farewell ceremony to reflect and prepare for the journey home.
