Recipe: 5 Minute Fibre-Packed Breakfast

You know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well this recipe from MindBodyGreen is sure to set you up for day. Packed with fibre, antioxidants and tons of flavour, this breakfast bowl will be ready in just 5 minutes and it’s super easy to make.
What You’ll Need:

½ an avocado (peeled and diced)

1 kiwi (peeled and diced)

1 scoop of organic yogurt

1 handful of blueberries

1 tbsp of cocoa nibs

1 tbsp. of hemp seeds

1 tbsp. of maca powder

1 tbsp. of mulberries
How It’s Done:
1. It really is so easy, especially when you’re pressed for time in the morning. Peel and dice your avocado and kiwi and put them in a breakfast bowl.
2. Top it off with a generous scoop of organic yoghurt, using a vanilla-flavoured organic yoghurt is a nice treat in the morning.
3. Sprinkle the rest of your ingredients on top and enjoy.
