"I visited the spa yesterday for the full body balance which incorporates an Aquaroma Bath which is divine, Aroma Envelopment which involves a full body massage and exfoliation followed by a full body mask then you are wrapped in heated blanket to relax and give the mask a chance to work, also there was an Aromie Plastie Facial which starts with a back massage. The girl who dealt with me made me feel very welcome and looked after me very well, I apologise I never asked her name. I am a large lady and usually feel very uncomfortable during massages but it was a problem I did not face in the Essence Spa in the Clarion Hotel Sligo, quite the opposite actually. Every treatment was explained to me before I was treated. I cannot recommend The Body Balance Package enough in fact I am looking forward to my next trip in the near future."
