More beauticians than spa
"Tiny treatment rooms ... no trickling water .. no bath robes .. no offer of spring water .. pedicure consisted of me sticking my feet into plastic bowl of water while sitting on the edge of a hard table! No background music ... no offer of sitting in a relaxation room ... no "spa" atmosphere at all."
