"Arrived at spa and brought through to changing room. The back massage was good however didnt really receive a scalp massage. She just ran her fingers through my hair a couple of times. Could not enjoy facial as it seemed like she was just trying to get me to buy the products instead of letting me relax and telling me at the end. Wasn’t told about jacuzzi etc only discovered there was one on leaving the hotel. Very disappointing"
