"Had a facial (elemis) at this spa and was one of the best I have ever had on my travels. The therapist was excellent. Traumatised as had to change in upstairs gym changing room which is next to gym reception, come back down in lift in just a robe. Enjoyed the thermal suite except that it was very noisy when clients walking around - no direct access from here to pool or jacuzzi (upstairs in gym). Staff did not explain what the benefits of each room would be and no drinking water available here. Had to go to relaxation room for water. Very disappointed with relaxation room. Room was cold and noisy with staff walking through to store room and dragging bales of towels. Appeared to be relaxation room for hotels guests also. No loungers (only couches) and no throws if you were cold. Fruit not fresh and place seemed to be lacking TLC to keep up with other spas in area. "

From warm saunas & aroma steam rooms to the tropical beach room with Caribbean sand, coconut infused aromas & a light show from dawn to dusk, you’ll forget time & drift off into deep sleep on the heated loungers.

I can't seem to find another spa like it in the country. It's underground so you feel totally cocooned & detached from the outside world, a real retreat. Treatments are top class & the relaxation suite is pure bliss. You'll be sad leaving & will definitely return again & again. It’s so good it converted my hubby to spa-ing! Now I can't keep him away. Great for me. This place is top class, enjoy!"
