New Wellness Treatments at Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa

By , May 25, 2026

Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa, Co. Kerry has unveiled a new suite of advanced treatment bed experiences, marking a significant evolution in its wellness offering. The new additions include two non-contact, immersive treatments alongside specialised oncology training for therapists.

The new 30-minute treatment bed offerings are designed to induce deep states of relaxation and slow mental activity, supporting the body’s natural recovery processes, including metabolism and detoxification and helping the mind enter a more restorative state.

They can be used on their own or to prepare the body and mind for a facial or body treatment.

New Treatment Bed Experiences

Guests can now book an iDome Experience and simply lie back and relax while three powerful technologies – heat, energy and light therapy – work together to support detoxification, skin health and vitality.

The second bed offering, Spa & Body Wave Experience, harnesses Gharieni’s Spa wave system using acoustic vibration and binaural sound therapy to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. This treatment offers the core benefits of mindfulness and meditation.

Cancer-care Training

Alongside these new treatments, therapists are also completing specialised oncology training, allowing them to safely adapt treatments for guests undergoing or recovering from cancer care.

These new additions come under the direction of newly appointed Spa Manager Lorna Jankovic, whose vision for The Spa is to “create a space that feels truly inclusive and supportive for guests undergoing or recovering from cancer-related treatments.’’ Jancovic hopes for these new experiences to “slow things down, allow for stillness, care and deeper restoration for her guests.’’
