Ayurveda Seminar at Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel Westport

Ayurveda by C Spa at the Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel Westport in Co. Mayo is hosting a Natural Health Care with Ayurveda seminar on Saturday March 9th.
Described as “ancient secrets of Ayurveda to change your life,” the workshop is being given by Dr. Donn Brennan, an internationally acclaimed Ayurveda expert. On the day, he will be discussing:
• Healthy weight loss programmes
• Natural detoxes
• Stress-free living
• Skin rejuvenation
The seminar will run from 10:30am-4:30pm and is €25 to attend. The admission fee is redeemable against any treatments booked at the seminar, and a light lunch and refreshments are included. Rooms are also available from €49pp if you would like to stay the night after the workshop.
