"My first opinion is that the Spa need to change their robes. The condition of them certainly do not scream a luxurious spa experience.
I enjoyed my facial but was disappointed that the therapist sat idle while my mask was drying. From all my spa facials the therapist has usually given me a massage on my either shoulders, neck, arms, legs and feet during this time. The facial was by no means a bargain so I felt that the price did not reflect what I experienced.

Staff are very well mannered and hopefully these suggestions will be welcomed."

"Myself and my friend went for a treatments for the first time to the Rain Spa and would not return, we were told at reception to make our own way to there pool and other facilities and to make sure we were up in time for our treatments so was always clock watching. We were left in our wet robes and slippers while waiting for our treatments. After being taken for our treatments, which weren’t too bad we were put back into the relaxation area again in the same wet robes and slippers myself and my friend were frozen cold didn't stay very long in there. Such a shame for our first visit I would not return after a disappointing first visit."
