Dry Floatation: You lie peacefully in a soft cocoon of a warm membrane filled with warm water while keeping you totally dry. Imparting a feeling of weightlessness, to stimulate zero gravity and allows any worries to float away. Benefits include reduced stress levels, relieves anxiety and helps sleep quality. During the treatment it is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep for your muscles aiding muscle recovery.
