Afterwards, you&#8217;ll take part in a guided meditation and a <strong>self discovery<\/strong> session designed to bring inner peace. Then an expert Fota Island Spa therapist will provide you with a personalised skin consultation, before you enjoy some light <strong>refreshments<\/strong>.
