Begin the day with a 90 minute morning session with Ronan Kiely from Victory Fitness to include a 60mins Slow Stretch and Movement Session followed by 30mins Questions and Answers open discussion on everything you want to know about exercise.<\/p>\n

Enjoy a healthy lunch in The Brasserie prepared by the fabulous chefs using fresh and local ingredients.<\/p>\n

After lunch, spend the afternoon in N\u00e1d\u00far Spa; soak in the outdoor hot tub before you indulge in a deeply relaxing 90mins Mindful Moments Treatment. This treatment is focused on well being evoking sleep inducing meditation techniques, rhythmic massage and inner mindfulness.<\/p>\n

Finish the day with a 30mins Questions and Answers open discussion on everything related to nutrition; takeaway recipes and sample some nutritious snacks.<\/p>\n
