Studies have shown that taking fevertree as a supplement can significantly decrease the number of migraines in a month.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>4. Ginger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Apparently ginger root works for both the prevention and acute treatment of migraines. When combined with feverfew and administered under the tongue, it is said to really help reduce the negative side effects of migraines.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>5. Flaxseed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Migraines can be caused by inflammation which can be prevented or reduced by consuming omega-3 fatty acids. Of course you could take oral omega 3 tablets, but flaxseed is rich in omega 3s and it has the added benefit of nutrition.
