Luckily for us, there a number of things we can do to promote naturally healthy skin, and one of them is to control what we eat.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Below is a list of 6 foods that will help get your skin glowing and in tip top condition:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>1. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Chocolate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Most people run a mile from chocolate when they suffer from skin conditions such as acne, but not all chocolate is bad for you. Cocoa helps hydrate your skin, making it more supple, and good quality chocolate with 70% cocoa is high in flavonol, an excellent antioxidant. A couple of squares a day will leave your skin firmer and healthier.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Applying dark chocolate onto your skin can also reduce puffiness.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>2. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pomegranates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pomegranates are a delicious fruit and can work wonders for your skin. They are rich in polyphenol antioxidants, which regulate your skin\u2019s blood flow and fight free radicals.
