The rejuvenating skincare benefits of caffein<\/strong>e mean the use of coffee in spa treatments is becoming more and more widespread. Kerry, but we have a simple recipe that you can make easily and cheaply at home to reap its exfoliating, detoxifying and cellulite-fighting effects.<\/p>\n

The scrub recipe<\/strong> is as follows:<\/p>\n

\u2022\t100g Ground Coffee Beans
\n\u2022\t200g Granulated Sugar or Sea Salt
\n\u2022\t2 tbsp. Olive or other oil<\/p>\n

But you can add a couple of teaspoons<\/strong> of any of the following extras depending on the type of scrub you would like:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tTea tree oil for a cleansing effect
\n\u2022\tYour favourite essential oil for aroma
\n\u2022\tNutmeg\/cinnamon\/cocoa powder for added depth
\n\u2022\tVitamin E oil for skin nourishment<\/p>\n

Simply mix your ingredients together and rub into damp skin, paying special attention to the hip and thigh area. Rinse off in the shower and make sure to moisturise<\/strong> your newly smoothed skin.
