Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

230ml orange juice
\n120ml water
\n\u00bd cup of strawberries and\/or bananas
\n\u00bd cup of natural yoghurt
\n\u00bd inch slice of ginder
\n1 small garlic clove
\n1 tbsp flax oil
\n1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
\n1 tbsp spirulina powder<\/p>\n

Simply throw all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!<\/p>\n
