There are over 15,000 destination, resort and hotel spas around the world and over the course of the year voters picked their favourite spas by continent, country and region as well as choosing their Favorite Spa in 31 categories such as Best Fitness Program, Best for Romance and Best for Weight Loss. Spas were chosen in 35 countries with only one spa in Ireland receiving the prestigious award. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
